Accommodation policies

During your stay

Parties, unregistered visitors, and outside guests are not permitted without prior authorization.

Firearms, flammable or explosive substances, narcotics, and similar materials are strictly prohibited.

We are not pet friendly, and smoking is not allowed inside bedrooms.

For safety, please avoid glass containers in wet areas.

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents and must not be left alone in the home.

Coexistence and service

Please use only the Marshall speaker provided in the home; additional sound systems are not permitted.

Room cleaning is performed in the morning. If guests are in the home, authorization will be requested before entering; if service is declined, cleaning will be done the following day.

Our service staff is available for comfort and assistance, but cannot supervise minors or wash and dry guests’ clothing.

Please make responsible use of the towels and linens provided during your stay.

Food and incidentals

Dinner is served until 8:00 PM at the latest, with prior notice to the chef and subject to operational adjustments.

Any credit granted for the initial grocery purchase must be paid at check-in directly to the supermarket through the invoice and payment link provided.

The home has filtered water, an ice machine, BBQ grill, and minibar. Minibar consumption is charged according to the available price list.

Changes and cancellations

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days before arrival without an additional charge.

Cancellations made within 15 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night of accommodation.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made three days or less before arrival.
